Realising the enormous potential of their combined experience and expertise in the new home sales sector they decided to join forces and launch their own company, Floyd Gray. Their in-depth knowledge and understanding of property sales in London as well as the South East and South West, ensure they can offer clients tailored sales solutions and industry insight.

With a career in New Homes spanning over 20 years, Kay has an in-depth experience and understanding of the property market and knows the importance of using an innovative, targeted and effective marketing campaign to help drive sales and achieve targets in an ever-changing and challenging market place.
Over the years Kay has worked with many big names in the business including David Wilson, Linden Homes and Wilmott Dixon and has worked on developments ranging from bespoke luxury homes to large-scale multi-tenure regeneration projects in London and the South West. More recently Kay has worked within large G15 Housing Associations, which has sharpened her knowledge of the affordable sector.
On all projects, Kay works closely with the land teams, often identifying prime development opportunities and assisting in appraisals to secure the land by preparing comprehensive and reliable Sales and Marketing strategies and pricing reports.
Her understanding and multi-product selling skills make Kay an ideal consultant advising on a wide and varied target market.
Natalie has over 15 years’ experience in New Home Sales overseeing successful sales teams on an impressive range of private and shared ownership developments for leading developers including: A2Dominion, Antler and Bryant Homes.
In addition to managing a team of sales staff, Natalie has extensive experience in land reporting, sales progression, floor layouts and M & E, liaising with external consultants and contractors, liaising with marketing agents, sales agents and other developers on section 106 agreements and sales and marketing strategies for each development.
Natalie’s creative but pragmatic approach and extensive experience of the sector ensures she can develop tailored sales solutions for clients that will achieve sales results and contribute to a project’s overall success.
